Chicken fillet meatballs with breaded vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

500 g chicken fillets
1 courgette or courgette
1 egg
100 g of flour
100 g grated Parma cheese
salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken fillets into finger-sized pieces, pat dry and roll in flour, shaking off the excess. The same applies to courgettes.
  2. Beat the egg in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Soak the chicken pieces and zucchini in egg, then in grated cheese and put in the air fryer. Before frying, brush them with a little oil.
  3. Fry at 170 ºC for 15 minutes until golden brown.
