Baked apples with ricotta cheese and crumbles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

4 apples
200 g ricotta cheese
25 g butter
30 g sugar
60 g flour
cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Cut the apples in half and remove the cores.
  2. Fill each apple half with ricotta cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon (to taste) until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the tops of the stuffed apples.
  5. Place the stuffed apples in the basket of the air fryer.
  6. Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes or until the apples are tender and the crumble topping is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
