Prawns in coconut batter

Ingredients for 2 servings:

300 g tiger prawns
1 egg
20 g of flour
50 g coconut flour or crumbs
blowing oil
Greens

Preparation:

  1. Clean the prawns, leaving the tails on, and coat them evenly with flour.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg with salt and pepper. Dip the floured prawns in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat them thoroughly with coconut shavings.
  3. Brush the prawns with oil before placing them in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes or until the prawns are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, sprinkle finely chopped herbs over the prawns.
  6. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or yogurt sauce on the side.
