Potato pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

For the dough

600 g boiled potatoes
100 g wheat flour
2 eggs
2 onions
salt

sour cream
dill
breadcrumbs
oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes without skin and allow them to cool completely. Grind the cooled potatoes, add the eggs, wheat flour, salt, chopped onion, and mix until smooth.
  2. With wet hands, form medium-sized patties, roll them in breadcrumbs, and fry in a hot frying pan with oil on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Serve with cream and chopped dill.
