Potato pancakes
Ingredients for 4 servings:
For the dough
600 g boiled potatoes
100 g wheat flour
2 eggs
2 onions
salt
sour cream
dill
breadcrumbs
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes without skin and allow them to cool completely. Grind the cooled potatoes, add the eggs, wheat flour, salt, chopped onion, and mix until smooth.
- With wet hands, form medium-sized patties, roll them in breadcrumbs, and fry in a hot frying pan with oil on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with cream and chopped dill.
