Prawns in coconut batter
Ingredients for 2 servings:
300 g tiger prawns
1 egg
20 g of flour
50 g coconut flour or crumbs
blowing oil

Preparation:
- Clean the prawns, leaving the tails on, and coat them evenly with flour.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with salt and pepper. Dip the floured prawns in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat them thoroughly with coconut shavings.
- Brush the prawns with oil before placing them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes or until the prawns are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, sprinkle finely chopped herbs over the prawns.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or yogurt sauce on the side.
