Mocaccino with chocolate biscuits

Ingredients for 1 serving:

200 ml coffee
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon sugar
100 ml warm milk
100 ml sweet cream
1 tablespoon dark chocolate
chocolate syrup
chocolate biscuit
hazelnut chocolate “tube”

Preparation:

  1. Make the coffee, then stir in the cocoa powder, sugar, and warm milk until all the ingredients have melted.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and spread it evenly on a flat surface. Take a heatproof glass and dip the rim of the glass in the melted chocolate so that it evenly coats the entire rim.
  3. Once the chocolate has hardened, pour the chocolate syrup along the inside of the glass. Slowly pour the mocha in the middle of the glass so as not to drip the chocolate syrup. Layer whipped cream over the top, top with chopped chocolate biscuit.
  4. Served with a chocolate “tube” with hazelnut cream.
