Makiato with cinnamon and coffee foam

Ingredients for 1 serving:

60 ml espresso
60 ml of milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar

For coffee foam:

1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon hot water
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon with the sugar. Wet the rim of a heatproof glass and dip it in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon so that the entire rim is evenly coated.
  2. Make the coffee foam. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk for about 5 minutes until a firm and airy foam forms.
  3. Pour the espresso into the glass, pour the warm frothed milk and coffee foam over the top.
