Karameļu frappe

Caramel frappe

Ingredients for 1 serving:

200 ml cold coffee
75 ml coffee cream
75 ml of milk
1 glass of ice
1 tablespoon sugar syrup
caramel sauce
100 ml sweet cream
butter biscuit

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, pour cold coffee, coffee creamer, milk, sugar syrup and ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the caramel syrup along the inner edges of the glass. Slowly pour the frappe into the middle of the glass so as not to rinse off the caramel syrup. Pipe whipped cream over the top, top with caramel syrup. Serve with butter biscuit.
