50 g kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon fine salt
Preparation:
Cut the green leaves of the kale sprouts from the tough stems with scissors. Put them in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and spread on the trays.
Dry for 8-10 hours at 60ºC (depending on the succulence of the cabbage).
