Fruit rolls

1 banana
150 g berries or fruit
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Blend the ingredients together. Cut the baking paper according to the size of the drying trays. Spread a thin layer of this mixture on the baking paper.
  2. Dry at 50 ºC for 12 hours.
