Almond crackers with seeds

60 g almond flour
250 g water
70 g ground flaxseed
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
ground pepper
other spices of your choice

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Optionally, various spices can be added – chilli flakes, onion powder, cumin, etc.
  2. Cut the baking paper according to the size and shape of the trays. Spread a thin layer of this mixture on the baking paper. This portion makes 3-4 trays.
  3. Dry at 60 ºC for 12 hours.
