This is the right drink for those who like their coffee long and full of milk.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
1 espresso shot
250-300 ml milk
3 tablespoons of milk foam
Preparation:
- Heat and froth the milk until it is hot and foamy, about 2-3 cm thick.
- Tap the jug gently against the table surface to smooth the foam.
- Pour the hot milk and foam into a large glass or jug.
- In a smaller cup, prepare 35 ml of espresso shots.
- Carefully pour the espresso shot through the milk foam to create a layered drink.
