Latte

This is the right drink for those who like their coffee long and full of milk.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

1 espresso shot
250-300 ml milk
3 tablespoons of milk foam

Preparation:

  1. Heat and froth the milk until it is hot and foamy, about 2-3 cm thick.
  2. Tap the jug gently against the table surface to smooth the foam.
  3. Pour the hot milk and foam into a large glass or jug.
  4. In a smaller cup, prepare 35 ml of espresso shots.
  5. Carefully pour the espresso shot through the milk foam to create a layered drink.
