Cappuccino

One of the most classic Italian coffee drinks is the cappuccino, which consists of ⅓ espresso, ⅓ steamed milk and ⅓ creamy milk foam.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

1 espresso shot
80 ml of milk

Preparation:

  1. Prepare 35 ml of espresso shot in a mug or glass.
  2. Pour cold milk into a metal milk jug and froth it until it has doubled in volume and reached a temperature of 65°C.
  3. Tap the jug gently against the surface of the table to smooth the foam.
  4. Slowly pour the hot milk and foam on top of the prepared espresso.
