Bolognese in English style

Ingredients for 1 baking tin:

500 g Bolognese sauce
300 g potatoes
20 g butter
50 ml milk
50 g frozen green peas
100 g cheddar cheese
salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Add the butter and milk and mash with a pestle until smooth. If necessary, add more milk. Add salt to taste.
  2. Stir the green peas into the bolognese sauce and place them in the baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes over the top and bake in the oven at 180 ºC for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
  3. After removing, allow to cool for a moment and then serve.
