Baked apples with ricotta cheese and crumbles
Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 apples
200 g ricotta cheese
25 g butter
30 g sugar
60 g flour
cinnamon
Preparation:
- Cut the apples in half and remove the cores.
- Fill each apple half with ricotta cheese.
- In a bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon (to taste) until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the tops of the stuffed apples.
- Place the stuffed apples in the basket of the air fryer.
- Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes or until the apples are tender and the crumble topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
