Mocha

If you want to treat yourself to a coffee, mocha is a wonderful choice – coffee combined with delicious cocoa.

1 espresso shot
1 teaspoon cocoa
150 ml of milk
whipped cream
Grated chocolate or cocoa

Preparation:

  1. Prepare 35 ml of espresso in a mug or glass.
  2. Add cocoa to the espresso and mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and free from lumps.
  3. Pour cold milk into a metal milk jug and froth it until it doubles in volume and reaches a temperature of 65°C.
  4. Gently tap the jug against the table surface to smooth the foam.
  5. Slowly pour the hot milk and foam over the prepared espresso.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate chips or cocoa.
