Mocha
If you want to treat yourself to a coffee, mocha is a wonderful choice – coffee combined with delicious cocoa.
1 espresso shot
1 teaspoon cocoa
150 ml of milk
whipped cream
Grated chocolate or cocoa
Preparation:
- Prepare 35 ml of espresso in a mug or glass.
- Add cocoa to the espresso and mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and free from lumps.
- Pour cold milk into a metal milk jug and froth it until it doubles in volume and reaches a temperature of 65°C.
- Gently tap the jug against the table surface to smooth the foam.
- Slowly pour the hot milk and foam over the prepared espresso.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate chips or cocoa.
