Macchiato

Macchiato is the right drink for those who can’t drink pure espresso, so a small portion of milk froth comes to the rescue.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

1 espresso shot
2-3 teaspoons of milk foam

Preparation:

  1. In a small cup or glass, make a 35 ml espresso shot.
  2. Whisk the milk so that it is hot and foamy.
  3. Put about 2-3 teaspoons of milk foam in the top of the espresso shot.
