Bolognese wraps
Ingredients for 4 servings:
400 g Bolognese sauce
4 large tortillas
100 g well-melted cheese (cheddar, Holland, Masdaam)
100 g Greek yoghurt for serving
Preparation:
- Divide the bolognese sauce among the portions and fill the middle of the tortilla. First fold in the edges, then fold over the bottom of the tortilla and roll upwards to form a roll or pocket. All the tortillas are folded in this way.
- Place in a baking dish or frying pan, add grated cheese and bake in the oven or air fryer until the cheese is golden.
- Serve warm with Greek yoghurt.
