Orange black tea
Ingredients for 1 teapot:
1 orange
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon loose black tea
Preparation:
- Cut the orange in half and scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon without tearing the peel. Blend the pulp with cinnamon and honey and pour into a teapot.
- Prick the bottom of the orange half with a fork to serve as a strainer. Pour the black tea and pour the boiling water through it into the teapot. Let it steep for a few minutes and serve.
