Yoghurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 litre of milk
300 ml plain yoghurt

Preparation:

  1. Pour the milk into a bowl, add the yogurt, and stir well.
  2. Select the “yogurt” setting, set the timer for 10 hours, close the lid, and let the yogurt ferment.
  3. Once the time is up, transfer the finished yogurt to a jar or sealed container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. To add different flavors to the yogurt, such as vanilla, honey, or maple syrup, mix them in before serving.
