Yoghurt
Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 litre of milk
300 ml plain yoghurt
Preparation:
- Pour the milk into a bowl, add the yogurt, and stir well.
- Select the “yogurt” setting, set the timer for 10 hours, close the lid, and let the yogurt ferment.
- Once the time is up, transfer the finished yogurt to a jar or sealed container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- To add different flavors to the yogurt, such as vanilla, honey, or maple syrup, mix them in before serving.
