Toaster pastries
Ingredients for for 8 pastries:
4 sheets of puff pastry
300 g ground beef
Oil for frying
Melted butter for brushing the pastry
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Sriracha spicy pepper sauce for serving
Preparation:
- Heat a pan with oil and fry the ground beef until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Brush a sheet of puff pastry with butter and place it in a preheated toaster, buttered side down. Fill each indentation with the cooked beef, cover with another sheet of pastry, and brush it with butter.
- Toast until the pastry is golden brown and fully cooked.
- Serve warm with spicy Sriracha sauce.
