Toaster pastries

Ingredients for for 8 pastries:

4 sheets of puff pastry
300 g ground beef
Oil for frying
Melted butter for brushing the pastry
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Sriracha spicy pepper sauce for serving

Preparation:

  1. Heat a pan with oil and fry the ground beef until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Brush a sheet of puff pastry with butter and place it in a preheated toaster, buttered side down. Fill each indentation with the cooked beef, cover with another sheet of pastry, and brush it with butter.
  3. Toast until the pastry is golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Serve warm with spicy Sriracha sauce.
