Pizza sandwiches
Ingredients for 4 servings:
8 slices of toast bread
Tomato sauce
2–3 mushrooms
50 g salami
30 g pitted black olives
Cheddar cheese
Oregano
Butter for spreading on bread
Preparation:
- Butter both sides of the bread slices.
- Place two slices in a toaster, spread tomato sauce on top, then add sliced mushrooms, salami, crushed or sliced olives, and cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and cover with another slice of bread.
- Toast until the sandwiches are golden brown.
