Pistachio matcha late
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
2 tablespoons pistachio paste
300 ml vegetable milk
ice for serving
Preparation:
- Spread the pistachio paste on the sides of the glass.
- Froth the plant-based milk in cold mode and pour it into a glass with ice.
- Add matcha to the frother, pour in approximately 30 ml of water, and froth in hot mode.
- Pour the matcha into glasses with the frothed milk. If desired, you can decorate with crushed pistachios or sprinkle with matcha powder.
