Pistachio matcha late

Ingredients for 2 servings:

2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
2 tablespoons pistachio paste
300 ml vegetable milk
ice for serving

Preparation:

  1. Spread the pistachio paste on the sides of the glass.
  2. Froth the plant-based milk in cold mode and pour it into a glass with ice.
  3. Add matcha to the frother, pour in approximately 30 ml of water, and froth in hot mode.
  4. Pour the matcha into glasses with the frothed milk. If desired, you can decorate with crushed pistachios or sprinkle with matcha powder.
