Pear and brie grilled sandwiches
Ingredients for 4 servings:
8 slices of toast bread
50 g cream cheese
1 pear
100 g Brie cheese
50 g walnuts
Maple syrup for serving
Preparation:
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices in a toaster with ridged plates, buttered side down. Spread cream cheese on top, then layer with Brie slices, thinly sliced pear, and chopped walnuts. Cover with another slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
- Toast until the sandwiches are golden brown.
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
