
Fries and cheese waffles
Ingredients for 2 servings:
300 g frozen French fries
100 g shredded Cheddar cheese
Tomato sauce for serving
Preparation:
- Thaw the French fries at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the fries tightly together in a toaster with a waffle plate. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on top and close the toaster.
- Cook for at least 5 minutes until the cheese turns golden brown and fat drains to the bottom. This will ensure the fries are crispy and the waffle can be easily removed.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
