Cottage cheese chips
Ingredients for 2 servings:
450 g cottage cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
salt and black pepper to taste
olive oil spray
Preparation:
- Spread the cottage cheese in a sieve or cheesecloth and let it drain for at least 30–60 minutes (you can also dry it by wrapping it in a kitchen paper towel) to remove excess liquid.
- In a bowl, mix the drained cottage cheese with the seasonings.
- On baking paper, place small portions of cottage cheese (about 1 teaspoon each), then gently flatten them with a spoon to form round, thin chip shapes.
- Place the cottage cheese chips in the air fryer basket (in a single layer), spray with olive oil, and cook at 190 °C for about 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy. The chips can brown quickly, especially around the edges!
- Let them cool slightly – the crispiness will increase. They taste perfect with fresh vegetable salads or dips.
