Ceremonial cocoa with peanut butter
Ingredients for 2 drinks:
40 g ceremonial cocoa (find it in specialty stores or online)
400 ml plant milk (tastes best with oat or almond)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
4 dates
Preparation:
- Pour the plant-based milk into a milk frother, add the chopped cocoa, and froth on hot mode until all the cocoa has melted and become creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a larger bowl, add the pitted dates and peanut butter. Blend everything thoroughly with a hand blender and pour into serving bowls.
- Drink slowly, leisurely, and with good thoughts, because that is the purpose of ceremonial cocoa.
