Calming tea
Ingredients for 2 cups:
1 tablespoon chamomile flowers
1 teaspoon lavender flowers (organic or edible)
lemon slices
Preparation:
- Place chamomile flowers and lavender flowers in a teapot, pour boiling water over them, and leave to steep.
- Serve with lemon slices and enjoy 2 hours before bed or when you want to calm your mind.
